Sheldon from Obison Coffee Roasters now works with La Lah to create and tweak our espresso and specialty roasts. Sheldon cut his teeth with a range of small and larger coffee roasting outfits in Australia. He now runs his own roasting operation and retail coffee shop in Busselton.

His beans are a mix of Brazilian, Colombian and Ethiopian speciality coffee where the original farmers are looked after well and the beans are roasted to their origin flavour to ensure quality and character.

The main La Lah blend is an unusual mix of high end beans skilfully blended by Sheldon. It currently includes a washed Columbian, washed Ethiopian and and anaerobic Ethiopian combo.
